1. placing an order

Once you have completed your order at the checkout, you will shortly receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. The order confirmation is your receipt that we have received your order and is sent out automatically from our system. Always check that your confirmation is correct and save it for any contacts with our customer service.

All orders placed are binding.

To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years old.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add goods to an already completed order. This applies regardless of how quickly you realize that you want to make an addition. To receive the goods you missed to order, you must place a new order for these.

Once an order has been placed, in most cases it is not possible to change or cancel it. However, you can always contact the shop with your request.

2. prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT. Shipping costs and any payment fees will be added and are clearly displayed at checkout.

Prices in store and online may vary and we reserve the right to change our prices.

In the event of obviously incorrectly priced products, we reserve the right to cancel the order, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

3. payment method

Your payment in cooperation with Klarna AB. After you have confirmed your purchase, you choose the payment method that suits you best; by invoice, by card, by direct payment via your internet bank or by installment. Whichever option you choose, there is no charge for the payment method.

If you choose to pay by invoice, it will be sent to you by e-mail directly from Klarna when the goods leave our warehouse. If you have not shopped with Klarna before, a micro-information is made at the time of purchase to check your creditworthiness.

For invoice purchases, your order will only be delivered to an address linked to your organization number at the Swedish Companies Registration Office for security reasons.

Our gift cards are currently only valid as payment in physical stores.
Bonuses received from our customer club can currently only be used as payment in physical stores.

4. shipping and delivery

Delivery to a postal agent

Normally, we deliver your goods within 14 working days from the time your order has been confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, it may take a little longer.

Packages are delivered by the distributor you selected at checkout to your delivery point or you choose to pick up your package in our physical store. When your package is available for pickup, you will be notified via text message to the mobile number you provided when ordering.

If your order exceeds SEK 1500 (after any discounts), shipping is free. For orders under SEK 1500, we charge a shipping cost of SEK 99. If you choose to pick up your package in a physical store, shipping is free.

Your package remains at the delivery point or store for 14 days from the time the package arrives, then it is sent back to stock. Unclaimed parcels will be charged a fee of 99 SEK to cover our shipping and handling costs. If you regret your purchase after it has been sent from us, you must collect the parcel from the postman and return it. You can either send it back (return shipping is at your own expense) or return it in one of our shops.

For printed association/profile products, you do not have open purchase or exchange rights, therefore the return of these products will also not be handled as a canceled purchase but will be sent back to the recipient again.

5. exchange and return

If you want to return an item, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you received your order. The easiest way is to go to our physical store or contact us at butik@actionochtrend.se. It is important that you bring the receipt you received by email so that we can process your return. If you have chosen Klarna Invoice as a payment method, we also need your OCR number to be able to settle your invoice.

When paying by invoice, it is possible to pause the invoice on My Klarna while the return is being processed.

Return/exchange rights do not apply:

• • Club/association products with print.
  • Customized goods - i.e. products where we have customized the product according to your wishes.

When we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Refund/update of invoice will be made within 5 working days of receiving the email.

6. complaints

Should something be damaged when you receive your package, we undertake to correct the error free of charge by replacing with a new item. It is important that you contact order@actionochtrend.se as soon as possible after the error is discovered, but no later than 8 days after you receive your package. Enter the order number and the reason for the complaint in your email so we have an easier time handling your case.

8. personal data

Action och Trend i Skurup AB processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that Action och Trend i Skurup AB stores and uses your personal data to fulfill our obligations in connection with the order.

We will not disclose your personal data to any third party unless this is necessary to fulfill the order/contract with you or if this is required by law.

9. cookies

On actionochtrend.se, cookies are stored on your computer. These cookies are so-called session cookies and are used to keep track of your login (if you are logged in) and your shopping cart when you shop. Session cookies are not stored for a long time on your computer, but disappear when you close your browser.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of war, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, natural disaster, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances and comparative events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments that mean that the store cannot keep the said agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for the store to be released from its obligations to fulfill the said agreement.

11. fraud

The store reports to the police orders and bookings that are carried out without the consent of a named person.

12. published material

The material on this website is protected under copyright law and belongs to the store. Use of the material must be authorized by the store. We reserve the right to subsequently correct any errors in images, prices and product texts on our website.
